Marcus Jordan is out of jail following his arrest for DUI and cocaine possession.
The 34-year-old son of NBA legend Michael Jordan was seen exiting the Orange County, Florida facility on Tuesday, Feb. 4 after he was arrested and charged with DUI, cocaine possession and resisting arrest, according to the police report obtained by PEOPLE.
Jordan wore a pair of his father’s popular Jordan Brand sneakers and a black sweatsuit as he departed the jail. He was being held on a $4,000 bond.
The former college basketball player kept his hood up over his head as reporters tried to speak with him about the arrest.
Jordan was arrested in the early morning hours of Feb. 4 when police officers in Maitland, Fl. noticed his car stopped on train tracks. The vehicle’s lights were on and police confirmed with local dispatch that a train was roughly 10 minutes away from a scheduled stop on the tracks.
According to the arrest report, Jordan said he made a “wrong turn” onto the tracks. Officers noted that the vehicle appeared to have damage from rocks from the train tracks and that “the tires were halfway buried in the dirt/rocks on the tracks from being spun repeatedly.”
Maitland dispatch had also alerted the arresting officers to a vehicle that had fled from a nearby traffic stop, and advised that it was Jordan’s vehicle after an officer confirmed the license plate.
Officers said that Jordan had “bloodshot eyes” and was slurring his words when they spoke with him, and noticed a strong odor of alcohol coming from the reality star. Jordan admitted to police that he had consumed “some” alcoholic drinks during his night out and that his last visited location was a gentleman’s club.
According to the report, a small plastic bag with a white substance was found in Jordan’s pocket and later tested positive for cocaine.
In early 2024, Jordan appeared on season 2 of Peacock’s The Traitors alongside his ex-girlfriend Larsa Pippen. He and Larsa split in July 2024 after spending two years in an on-again, off-again relationship.
In early December, he was seen spending time with Nicole Murphy, the 56-year-old model and ex-wife of Eddie Murphy.
